Pink diamonds
Pink diamonds are probably the first option that came to your mind as well. Now, pink diamonds are still diamonds so they will score a 10 on the Mohs scale. This means no chipping, no scratches. For something that’s supposed to be worn every single day, a diamond is as durable as it gets.
Diamonds come with a (high) price, and pink diamond come even higher. The thing is, pink diamonds are not as common as white diamonds, so getting one will be an adventure, but it’s very much worth the hunt. There is clarity, sparkle, fire, and the prestige that comes with owning a diamond.
If you’d like to simply appear to own a diamond, moissanite will do the job just fine, for a fraction of the price but a Mohs rating that is almost as good (9.25). Or, you could go with a lab-grown diamond as those are far easier to find in fancy colors (any other color than white).

So finding a peach, coral, orange-pink sapphire will not be a big issue, bit it will cost you quite a bit. In fact a peach sapphire is just a Padparadscha sapphire with less color saturation. And padparadscha sapphires are very expensive and the rarest sapphire on the planet. How much for one carat ? A little over $1500 per carat, which is about as much as a high quality blue sapphire.
In terms of hardness these peach sapphires are still corundum, so they score a 9 on the Mohs scale. Still very durable and will hold up nicely for decades, if not centuries. Meaning you will likely have the option of passing it on to your grandchildren if you so choose.
Imperial topaz
This is the rarest and most expensive sort of topaz, and it comes in shades of orange-pink-gold. Some may flash a bit more red, some a bit more gold, depending on what particular gemstone you’ve found. Notice how amazingly popular this color range is in expensive gems ?
